Here you will find answers to the most frequently asked questions about your stay at Viktoria Alpine Hideaway in Avelengo near Merano.
Your room will be ready for you from about 3:00 pm. Please clear your room on the day of departure by 11:00 am. If you arrive later than 8:00 pm, please inform us as early as possible.
Cancellations are only valid in written form. Cancellations made up to 31 days before arrival are free of charge. For cancellations within 30 days of arrival, no-shows or early departures, a cancellation fee of 100% of the total stay price applies. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
The ¾ pampering board includes the breakfast buffet, the sweet afternoon snack and the gourmet dinner. The pampering board starts with the afternoon snack on the day of arrival and ends with breakfast on the departure day.
We require a deposit of approximately 30% of the booking price, to be transferred to our bank account (IBAN: IT42M0813358170000302019671). On site, we accept cash, debit or credit cards (except Diners Club and American Express).
Yes, dogs are welcome at Viktoria Alpine Hideaway. Please note that dogs are not allowed in the dining area, wellness area or garden. We charge a fee of €15.00 to €35.00 per day and dog, without meals. Not all room categories are available for booking with dogs.
After checking out (by 11:00 am), you can use the wellness area free of charge until 1:00 pm. For a surcharge of €25.00 per person (from 12 years), you may use the waldSPA until 7:30 pm on your day of departure.
Parking at Viktoria Alpine Hideaway is free of charge during your stay. We have a parking lot next to the hotel and 2 garage boxes, which can be reserved for a fee. Electric vehicles can be charged at our two 22 kW charging stations for a fee.
